GDAHA Privacy Policy

This is the website of the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association. Our web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address of each visitor. We do not use visitor information for purposes other than that for which the information was collected.

Email addresses of those who post messages to our contact form or grassroots advocacy tool will only be used for specific organizational communications. We do not make email addresses of those who access our site available to other organizations, nor do we do not make our customer e-mail list available to other organizations. Aggregate information on the pages consumers access or visit will be used for internal review and then discarded.

If you supply us with your postal address online, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with the information requested online.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, please review our website privacy policy periodically. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information, including proprietary information, we maintain about them.
