Healthy Beginnings at Home

Healthy Beginnings at Home

Healthy Beginnings at Home is a program that evaluates how help with housing impacts the health of moms, babies, and families who are in difficult housing situations. The purpose of the program is to show the state and nation the positive outcomes of housing moms and babies so that more funding goes towards making sure all moms and babies are housed and healthy.

This program is not able to take any new participants. If you are interested in connecting with a community health worker to navigate medical and social services, please visit the Dayton Regional Pathways HUB page of our website.
