
Lisa leads the organization’s emergency preparedness, EMS, workforce development, and trauma initiatives, while also overseeing data services and reporting. She leads regional hospital preparedness and planning efforts, builds strong partnerships with public health departments and public safety organizations (police, fire, EMA/EMS), and collaborates closely with healthcare coalitions across Ohio. Lisa also serves as the staff lead for the Greater Miami Valley EMS Council.
In addition to her emergency preparedness and EMS leadership roles, Lisa plays a key role in advancing regional workforce development strategies. She works directly with hospital HR leaders, educational institutions, and community partners to strengthen healthcare talent pipelines and expand career pathways for future professionals. Her work includes leading collaborative initiatives focused on workforce sustainability, clinical placements, and innovative training models. She also provides staff support to the Health Information Management Committee, the Human Trafficking Workgroup, and the Human Resource Directors Committee.
Lisa has been with the organization since 1998. Her previous experience includes roles with Kettering Health Network, Miami Valley Hospital, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University.
Lisa lives in Tipp City with her husband, youngest son, and their Goldendoodle, Harley. She is also the proud grandmother of a beautiful baby boy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
